These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the purchase of products and services from Leopold Woodworks. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction while using this site.
2. Products and Services
Leopold Woodworks offers both ready-made and made-to-order items, as well as custom woodworking services. Because many items are handmade, slight variations in wood grain, color, finish, and overall appearance are natural and expected. These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product, service, or custom offering at any time without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices for products, custom work, shipping, and add-ons are subject to change without notice.
Custom projects may vary in price depending on material selection, dimensions, finish, design complexity, and requested modifications.
4. Custom Orders
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any custom project begins. A custom order officially begins once the deposit has been received and the project details have been approved, including dimensions, design direction, material choice, finish, and any other agreed specifications.
Once a custom order has been approved and placed into production, any requested changes may result in additional charges and may affect the completion timeline.
All custom orders are final sale once production begins.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed through the checkout methods offered on the site unless otherwise agreed in writing for a custom project. For custom builds, final payment may be required before shipment, delivery, or pickup.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or an error in pricing or product information is suspected.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Processing and shipping timelines vary depending on whether an item is in stock, made to order, or fully custom.
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Custom projects generally require 1–2 weeks, though timelines may vary based on workload and project scope.
Local delivery may be available within 50 miles of Whittier for an additional fee. Local pickup may also be offered for eligible orders.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Leopold Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping details, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
All sales are final on custom and made-to-order items. We do not offer refunds or returns on those orders.
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us promptly after delivery with photos and order details so the issue can be reviewed. If the damage is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Any exceptions for non-custom items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Product Use and Installation
Customers are responsible for the proper installation, handling, and use of products after delivery or pickup. For wall-mounted or installed items, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper mounting methods are used for their wall type, structure, or space.
Leopold Woodworks is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
9. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, finishes, and availability are presented as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the site is always complete, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if necessary.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, branding, logos, product names, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Leopold Woodworks unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leopold Woodworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, the purchase of products, delays in production or delivery, or the use or misuse of any item purchased from the site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product or order.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline custom projects at our discretion, including in situations involving abusive behavior, unreasonable demands, suspected fraud, or requests that fall outside our capabilities or policies.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
